Our Refund Policy, Clearly Explained

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and customized services, most sales are considered final once work has started. However, refunds may be granted under certain conditions described below.

Logo Design Refunds

Refunds may be requested only under the following conditions:

• Refunds may be requested only if no logo design concepts have been delivered.
• Once design concepts, drafts, or creative work have been provided, refunds will no longer be available.

Website Development Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• Refunds may be granted only if work on the project has not yet started.
• Once development, design, or website setup has begun, refunds are not available.

Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-way:

• Work completed up to that point will be billed.
• Deposits may be partially refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Revision & Delivery Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

• Revision limits depend on the service package selected.
• Final files (Logo source files, Admin access, etc.) will be delivered after full payment has been received.
