XTARLABS provides professional digital services including, but not limited to:

• Shopify store development
• Logo design and brand identity design
• Website design and UI/UX development
• Digital branding services

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project completion.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner.
• Approve designs and development stages promptly.
• Ensure submitted content does not violate any law or copyright.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by XTARLABS, including logos, website layouts, and graphics, remain the property of XTARLABS until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client. XTARLABS reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Payments

Payment terms may include full payment upfront, a partial deposit before project start, or a remaining balance before final delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on complexity, client feedback speed, and timely content submission. XTARLABS is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

XTARLABS will not be held liable for business losses, website downtime due to third-party hosting, or third-party platform issues. All services are provided "as is".

7. Changes to Terms

XTARLABS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
